Hi and welcome.

This is not unusual since enema may cause colon wall irritation and bloody mucous may persist for few hours to even several days.

If there is no associated pain or fever then you should not worry.

Just have easier diet, more fluids and probiotics, vegetables. But if this is present beyond this time frame, or bleeding persists for more than 3-4 days then you should get colonoscopy done to rule out some other issues such as polyps or inflammatory bowel changes etc..
