Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

There are usually three main causes to this.

1) Anal fissure.
2) Hemorrhoids.
3) Dysentery.

To give my opinion about which cause can be most important in your case, I would need to know a few things, this info can make things more clear to me.

1) Do you have constipation issue?
2) Do you keep sitting for long hours?
3) Do you feel pain while having bowel movements?
4) Does any thing protrude out of your anus while you pass stoll?
5) Do you have any diarrhea or abdominal pain?
6) After yesterday did you pass stool? was there any blood this time along?

Waiting for your response.

Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for writing back,

after getting all your answers I am off the opinion that you probably had a temporary breach in the mucosa of your rectum due to some reason which might me an infected focus or ulceration or a breached blood vessel which gave off blood and now it has healed up by itslef.

In this scenario you just have to keep a close eye on further bowel movements you get in upcoming days, use nuch fluid and high fiber diet like whole wheat and oat cereals whole wheat bread etc, If you don't het any more episode of bleeding then there is nothing to worry about otherwise you have to see your doctor and you can get back to me if it gets repeated.

But hard stools is the biggest most common cause of this so use laxative like gremaffen syrup and fiber diet if you get hard stools.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
