Brief Answer:
See a Doctor immediately for the proper diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: female/62 - blood in feces for 2 days in row - wants to know whether to wait or go to a Doctor immediately ....
Considering your age of 62, may be occurring for the first time I would advise you the following:
It is better to get the correct diagnosis at the earliest for two obvious reasons:
First of all to know whether this is a serious problem or not.
Secondly, getting the correct diagnosis makes one certain about the diagnosis and the modes of management.

Insist on the following:
Tests of stool, blood.
Ano-proctoscopy and per-rectal digital examination, colonoscopy as indicated.
Once diagnosed, the plan of management is easy to implement to get a cure.

I hope this answer helps you in decision making.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
