Question : I made a douche of part water and peroxide. I douched my anus. I used the bathroom as normal. When I needed to go back to the bathroom I noticed blood. What can I do to stop the bleeding? It's not profuse but it does come out when I use the rest room.

                                    Brief Answer:
No therapy required
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well, there was probably just small laceration of rectum or anal wall so you should not be worried. There is no need for specific treatment. You should just take plenty of fluids and take easier food in next few days to avoid constipation.
Wish you good health.
Regards

I have had light bleeding still but hard to defecate. When i do its small pebbles if any or runny but not a lot. Can i use a some sort of enema or should i go see my doctor?

hi
Detailed Answer:
You should try with dietary changes and laxatives first, have probitoics, high fibre food, more fluids and take Miralax for a startm, also take magnesium supplements. If should improve. Enema is the last option and it should be done under supervision of proctologist.

I took the laxative. Increased water intake. Eating better. Stool is back to firm but still wont pass as normal. Blood on the little that did come out. Im thinking i may have caused myself internal hemorroids, as i did an excessive amount of straining the first 2 days. I feel the pressure of the stool but it will not come out

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is possible that there is a fissure, tear of mucosa or hemorrhoids. In every case, you need to soften your stool to prevent straining and it should improve. You can apply antihemorrhoidal cream or take Psilium supplements.
