Brief Answer:
Its nothing serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I would try to help you out.

First let me tell you the causes of blood in spit.
1. The blood may come from lungs in that case you would have coughed out blood. As there is no cough, lungs is not the cause.
2. It could come from gums. In that case you would have pain in gums and also can check yourself. I dont think its the problem in your case.
3. It can come from pharynx, tonsils but in that case you should feel sore throat.
4. Lastly it can spontaneously trickle down in back of your throat from nose. The cause can be hypertrophied turbinates or polyps inside of your nose which again are more common in allergic individuals.
Thus you need to get an ENT check up which will diagnose the cause. In the mean time you can use Duonase nasal spray 1 spray on each side twice daily.

Hope these helps.
