Question: I had fallen off a ladder about 4 weeks ago. Nothing was broken. I am getting back to normal. Feel ok. But I notice some blood in urine. What could be the problem.

Brief Answer:
Cystitis most likely , kindly give further details as required .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Blood in urine seems in relation to underlying inflammation ( cystitis likely )
* Certain details are needed for in depth evaluation ( as it is not likely related to
fall before 4 weeks )
1. urine flow is normal / weak stream , has to wait to pass urine , urgency ,
night frequency , type of blood means whole fresh red or minor tinge , every
time red or occasionally
2. oral intake of liquids in last 24-48 hrs okay or less
3. any past history of blood in urine before or after fall
4. associated burning in urination , fever , pain lower abdomen , pelvis
5. other systemic issues & medications apart from lisinopril
6. any radiological evaluation done at the time / after fall if any
7. any other information you would like to share
