Brief Answer:
Could be due to Trigonitis .(Cystitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted a scanty blood at the end of urination with severe pain is mostly due to infection of trigone of the bladder (Trigonitis) .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is your recent PSA level ?

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

In view of you having cancer of the prostate in past it would be advisable to repeat PSA level frequently at intervals of every 3 months .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

PSA test done 4/18/2016,,,,results <0.03 ng/ml
This has been the result ever since prostate removal.
I have an appointment with the doctor that did the removal (Cleveland Clinic) on 26 July,,,10 more days,,,should I wait this long? This is as soon as they can see me.
With my cancer history, I thought they would/could check for other cancers,,would this be routine? Are other cancers likely?
