                                    Brief Answer:
renal calculus
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
The fact that you just have pain and it is not associated with fever and there is blood in urine implies that the pain is secondary to a renal stone rather than an infection
Here is what you should do
1. Do not take uti pill, it might be of any help
2. tab acetaminophen three times a day is a good drug for the pain. A better drug would be tramadol but that will require a prescription
3. you must get an ultrasound of the abdomen done to see for kidney stone
4. get a urine routine done to see for infection
Please approach a general physician soon
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
