Question : Yes my right testicle is hard and big.and after i pee the last few drops seem to have blood.it has happin to me like 5 months ago.but went away now it has reterned but i pee normal most the time i have no pain anywhere on my body.and i fill helthy can u tell me what should i do???

Could be due to infection of Testis (Orchitis) or a Tumor of testis itself

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for your query,
The swelling of the testis with hardnesss cab be due to one of the two following reasons
1) Infection of the Testis(Orchitis)
2) Tumor of the Testis

However the diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and few tests .
Consult qualified Urologist or General Surgeon for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

In the mean while assuming it to be due to infection (Orchitis) take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
