I have read your query and understand your concern.
Very frankly speaking a single disease can not explain the passage of blood from urine as well as stool,except if the person is suffering from some bleeding disorder.
Passage of blood from urine can be there because of some stone or some growth or some tumour in urinary passage while fresh red blood in stool could be because of hemorrhoids or growth in rectum etc.
Patient needs to be examined and investigated extensively to find the exact cause.
