Hi,
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. They are suggestive of a possible infection. I will suggest that you get a urine test done as well as the testes examined. You may need antibiotics to get this infection treated. The exact antibiotic would depend on the results of your test. To relief pains, take tylenol 1000mg thrice daily. Also, put on a supportive underwear and drink much water. If you are able to, upload an image fore review and more insights from me.
