Dear XXXX
Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.
I would put forth the following possible causes for your fever:
1) Viral hemorrhagic fever ( Ebola/Margburg/Norwalk/Dengue/West nile virus etc)
2) Arboviral infection
3) Renal stone with UTI
4) Hemolytic uremic syndrome.
I would recommend you to have the following blood tests done: Complete blood count, bleeding and clotting time, PT/INR, peripheral smear, blood culture, urine routine and microscopy, ultrasound KUB.
I would recommend you to get admitted to a hospital for inpatient treatment given you have hematuria.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
It seems you did not get me right. Haematuria is a haemorrhagic manifestation which is very much a part of the viral fevers that I have mentioned above.
We also need to include renal causes of haematuria which include renal stones, haemolytic uremic syndrome.
I hope things are now clear to you.
Dr Thakker.
