Question : I have blood in my urine, very tired, headache, lower back pain, nausea, burning in abdomen. I have supposed to go away for the weekend. Suggestion? Thank you.

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So blood in urine associated with these symptoms can have many causes. These include
Kidney or ureter bladder stone
Infections
Tumor
Trauma
Etc.
Yiu will require evaluation in the form of urine examination and an ultrasound of abdomen. Till then drink plenty of fluids.
