Brief Answer:
Protein deficiency caused due to intestinal damage could cause hairfall

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have carefully gone through the details provided by you. The hair loss could be a result of protein deficiency which could result from the conditions that you have described. I would give you the following suggestions:
* Get your urine tested for routine microscopy along with culture and sensitivity. Blood in urine could indicate Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
* The blood in vomitus as well as stool could be a result of malabsorption syndromes as well as gluten enteropathy. It needs to be thoroughly investigated. The first test would be to get a routine stool examination and stool occult blood test done. Subsequently Upper Gastro Intestinal Endoscopy (Upper GI endoscopy) as well as colonoscopy might need to be done to rule out conditions like Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis. Upper GI bleed can manifest with black stool.
* Take high fibre diet including plenty of green leafy vegetables. Take fibre supplements like isabgol regularly at dinner.
* Avoid wheat based food items altogether for at least 15 days and see if you get some relief. Members of wheat family contain a substance called gluten which could cause damage to gastrointestinal tract of certain individuals.
* Get a liver function test (blood test) done.
* Visit a doctor with the reports. Alternatively, you can post a question with the reports and I would try to help you further.

Try to follow the advice. It is only based on the results and improvement, that I can comment whether any further dermatological interventions are required.

Hope that helps.
