Question : my husband just had blood in his urine and is having pain in his stomach. Is this something we should get checked out immediately or see if it goes away on its own?

Hi and welcome. There is no need for urgent care. In most cases this is caused by urinary stone that passed or uroinfection. At this point just give him plenty of fluids and raspberry juice or tea if you have it. If it doesn't clear up in next two days or fever with burning pain during urinating occur then you should take him to urologist.otherwise,there is no need for medical attention. Wish you good health.
