Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

Hematuria(blood in urine)may be due to many reasons.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.

Hematuria may be due to urinary tract infection, calculus(in kidneys, ureter or urinary bladder),tumour, trauma etc.

It is important to know associated pain, burning micturition, fever etc.
You need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar,Urine RE/ME,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigation like CT scan can be done if needed.

Ultrasound of abdomen is very helpful in screening of different causes.

Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
You should consult nephrologist for proper evaluation.
