Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I feel sorry for the situation you are in.

The symptoms you are having are indicative for :
- urinary tract infection
- urinary tract stones/sludge

I highly recommend to run the following tests as soon as possible:
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing
- trans-vaginal/abdominal ultrasound

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- drink plenty of water, thus, it will be easier for you to void without being traumatic)
- take otc magnesium/zinc citrate
- take otc fern-stone tea or any other tea to clean urinary tract and ease your symptoms
- avoid spicy, chillies, fatty, processed foods and avoid/limit salt.
- keep a good hygiene of your genitalia

Hope it helped! If any other query, do not hesitate to write me back!
