Brief Answer:
It needs to be investigated .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Blood in urine at age of 69 certainly cannot be left alone.

It needs to be investigated .

The causes can be

1) UTI (urinary tract infection)

2) Stones in bladder or kidney

3) Sometimes cancer of urinary tract.(generally its painless so less likely in your case )

Do not worry. You need to get a urine microscopy done and show it to me or to your nearest doctor.

Ideally a urologist or uro - gynecologist.

But first get the report and let me know.

Also

Since when are you having this?

Have you had symptoms like these before ?

You sure its from urine and not from vagina ?
