Brief Answer:
you need to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Blood while washing the urine area can be due to urine infection; urine stones can also produce blood in urine; further vaginitis and other causes of vaginal bleed can also contribute.

You should get a urine routine and microscopy done to rule out hematuria and gynecology opinion should be taken for possibility of vaginal infection. If these are normal then go for an ultrasound to rule out kidney stones. In my opinion you need the aforementioned set of actions before starting another course of antibiotic.

Hope this plan of action helps you.

Best wishes
