Brief Answer:
Probably kidney stones or infection but evaluation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is called macrohematuria and most common causes of it are kidney stones and urinary tract infection. But some more serious diagnoses such as blader and prostate tumors must be ruled out in your age and this can be done by certain urologic tests. In first case, ultrasound and cystoscopy.
Please visit your urologist and get it checked out as soon as possible. Urinalysis should also be done.

Wish you good health. Regards
