Knowing blood in your urine can cause anxiety. While in many instances there are benign causes.
For some people, the only sign of urinary tract infection may be microscopic blood. Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice which is found to be effective in UTI.
Other cause is stone in bladder and or kidney, they do not produce pain as in case of stone in ureter and urethra. Kindly get an X Ray KUB to rule out stone.
