Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have gross hematuria.(Blood in urine )
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is is a painless hematuria?
2) Are you taking any drugs especially Aspirin ?
The cause of hematuria at this age could be due to one of the following factors
1) Mass in the either bladder or kidney
2) Enlarged Prostate
3) Cancer of the prostate
4) Stone disease (mostly associated with pain )
5) Side effect of drugs like Aspirin
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) C.T Scan with and without contrast .
Further more investigations if required and treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
