Question : sometimes when I urinate I have blood in my urine.

This may be signs in several conditions and evaluation is definitely required. Most common causes are benign and include uroinfection and urinary stones and prostate enlargement. Some more serious things such as tumors should be ruled out. So you should see urologist and do urine analysis and ultrasound. Till that ,drink more fluids and raspberry tea . Wish you good health.
