Most common causes of blow in urine in his age is uroinfection or kidney stones and these are benign. However,more serious conditios should be ruled out such as bladder or kidney tumors. So I suggest to see doctor and do urine analysis and kidneys ultrasound for beginning. This will clear this out . Till that,he should drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea. Wish you good health.
