Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best to be assessed by your doctor.

Blood in the urine (hematuria) can be due to different possible causes. Infection is one of the more common causes but this would normally be associated with symptoms such as discomfort on urination, frequent urination, urgency etc

Other causes are: (1) trauma, (
(2)prostate diseases such as benign (non cancerous) enlargement of the prostate
(3) stones in the urinary tract
(4)cancer of an aspect of the urinary tract
(5)side effect of medication such as aspirin, warfarin, ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen
(6)blood disorder

These are the more common causes.

It would best to see a doctor for assessment

This would include: (1) history of all relevant symptoms
(2)examination of the abdomen
(3)in office urinalysis
(4)urine may also be sent to the the lab as well
(5)imaging such as ultrasound may also be considered , depending on the findings

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
