Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have passed blood in urine (Hematuria)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was it a XXXXXXX blood or Red colored urine ?
2) Do you have pain in abdomen or loin?
3) Do you have urinary symptoms like burning ,dysuria etc ?

The source of blood in urine usually from following factors
1) Any blood coagulation disorders
2) Stones either in kidney or ureter
3) Mass lesion in either kidney or bladder
4) Infection of bladder

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Blood coagulation profile
4) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy)
5) C.T Scan of abdomen (If required )

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
