Brief Answer:
follow the advises below

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM,

At this point you should drink plenty of fluids and take raspberry tea. In most cases in males, this is caused by kidney stones which passes through urethral and cause temporary bleeding. If blood persist beyond a day, you should do urine analysis and urine culture to rule out uroinfection.

Also, prostate hyperplasia and stones may be ruled out with ultrasound and X-ray of urinary tract.

Let me know if there's any further queries.
Wish you good health.
Regards
