Brief Answer:
likely an urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possibly an urinary tract infection. An urinary tract infection (UTI) can involve any aspect of the urinary tract which includes the bladder, ureter, urethra, kidneys.

Blood in the urine (hematuria), discomfort on urination and change in urine output are symptoms that can occur with these types of infection.

Drinking a lot of water, which you are doing, is important. You can add the use of cranberry products to this, cranberry is helpful with urinary tract infections.

The infection should be confirmed at your doctor's office with an urinalysis.

If confirmed then , in addition to all of the above, antibiotics would be needed as well.
Antibiotics are required for treatment of UTIs. The course is usually from 5 to 7 days.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
