Most common causes of blood in urine are urinary infections and kidneys stones. At this point,you should drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea and see will this clear out in next few days. If not,then you should do urine analysis and kidney ultrasound to rule out kidney stones and uroinfection. Wish you good health. Regards
