Question : my mother observed mild blood during vomit and also colour of stool seen some radish , in my place winter season is going on of temp 4 to 5 deg in night , she often take medicine for acidity like gelucil , omez ,so what the test you recommend

The blood could be due to any gastric ulcer. Just have a ultrasound abdomen and endoscopy done to rule out the cause.

i am repeating following question that she hasn't blood in second vomit and we r in remote place lack of medical diagnosis centre , she is releasing gas by month and have acidity nature , so what the medicine u suggest she still feeling uneasiness in stomach and in past taked mestrofast urgently and gelucile syrup and omaze for acidity and gas .

You can give your mother Tab. Rabekind DSR 1 tablet 2 times a day before food every morning and evening for 5 days.

If any local doctor is available in your locality you can her giving her iv injections of rabekind.

I treat such cases in my clinical practice with H.PYLORI kit for 7 days. This is the prescribed medicine which you have to meet the doctor for prescribing them.

Any issue do the follow up.
