What Causes Blood Red Discoloration On The Toes After Manicure Treatment?

Question : I wrote my health question, do I need to re-do?

I am on Augmentin now, not for the toes though they came after.

Anyone there?

i dont think this is infectious

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
If this happened soon after manicure and on all toes then I dont think this is infectious issue. even if this is, the flesh eating baceria is the last thing to think of and this rarely occur on toes,and this is usually associated with extensive injuries. In your case, this may be allergic reaction to some substances which are used during manicure or irritation. I suggest to have salt baths of your toes for 3 x120 minutes daily in warm and salty water. You can apply Muciprocin or Betamethasonum ointment as well if redness will spread but I dont think it iwll be necessary. Wish you good health. Regards

I soaked in a salt bath last night and I think it is not getting worse and even little better....
