Brief Answer:
Nothing serious, take medications as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Head injury management depends upon its severity and associated features.
Is there any history of loss of consciousness, seizures, vomiting, severe headache, loss of vision, bleeding via ear and nose, motor weakness, sensory loss, facial deviation?
If all these answer are no then nothing to worry about.
Pain and swelling over the impact region may persist for few weeks.
Bleeding in eyes usually resolve on it's own.
For pain you can continue taking pain killers.
Wishing you good health. Hope you recover early.
Do get back to me for further queries.
