Brief Answer:
Sub conjunctival hemorrghage

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query
Sometimes small blood vessels in the whites of the eyes break and cause a red spot . This is called a subconjunctival hemorrhage.Subconjunctival hemorrhage is usually a harmless condition that disappears within two weeks or so. Subconjunctival hemorrhage can also occur because of trauma to the eye( even minor trauma such as rubbing the eye). The blood in your eye will absorb within about one to two weeks, and you'll need no treatment.
For pain Naproxen eye drop can be used 2 drops thrice a day.
For further question please enclose two photos of eye.

Waiting.
