Brief answer....in general it is due to excessive force applied during masturbation.
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
In general such type of bleeding is due to trauma caused by excessive force applied during masturbation. However certain STD 's can cause such type of bleeding but that is always associated with painful urination or discharge from the tip of penis or pain in testis and scrotum.Since you are not giving any such type of history or any history of unprotected sex,I am ruling it out.Rarely some growths in urethra can also cause such tupe of bleeding but the chances of such a thing is very very remote at your young age.
I would advise you to refrain from masturbation for few weeks and do consult a urologist for examination and possible investigations like ultrasound scrotum etc for peace of mind.
In all likelyhood you are absolutely normal and it is just a case of bleeding due to injury but doubts should be cleared by consulting a urologist.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Sir, thank you for ur reply. Till now i never faced any symptoms of STD. I never had sex with anyone till now. The problem is i had been masturbating like almost 4 times a week from 2 years.
I would like to add few things. I had no pain during urination, in testis. Thank you sir.

Hello,
I have read your reply.
In my opinion,as I said earlier,it is just a injury induced bleeding but still I would want you to consult a urologist to remove any doubt.
Thanks
