Question : I just noticed some tiny (about the size of a pin point) bluish-purple spots on both sides of my labia (outer). I have 2 on the left side and 3 on the right. Never noticed them before now. They do not hurt or itch at all and are just barely raised if at all. I have recently started shaving down there so maybe it is related to that?
Any help would be great! thanks!

Brief Answer:
It is related to shaving
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about the tiny bluish spots.
These spots are due to trauma to the blood vessels around hair follicles while shaving.
There is no problem to worry about as this heals by itself slowly. As of now you don't need to do anything.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

Thank you so much for your reply! I have only been shaving this area for about 3 months but this is the first time I am seeing these spots. So, you honestly do not think it sounds like or looks like some form of melanoma, etc?
Brief Answer:
This is not melanoma
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It does not look like melanoma.
This is just healing trauma from shaving and nothing else.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
