Brief Answer: Needs evaluation Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for using HCM. I went through your query and understood your concern. Your symptoms needs to be evaluated. Some of the symptoms like bluish tongue and gums, excessive sweat, decreased apatite with disturbed sleep may be due to any cardiovascular cause or severe anemia. Bloating of abdomen with the above symptoms also raise concern about other organs like liver and kidney also. Since these symptoms raise concern on internal organs few investigations are required. So you are required to get examined by a doctor and few investigations like complete hemogram, renal and liver function test, lipid profile test and cardiac evaluation is required. Even carotid doppler may be necessary with USG abdomen and pelvis. So I advice you to get evaluated as explained. Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask any further related query. I will be glad to answer them. Wish you a good health. Regards
