Brief Answer:
Exclude minor form of stroke that could repeat

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I do understand this could be disturbing. However, it might be necessary to get a few precisions. Do you have past history of hypertension or heart disease? Is this the very first time you are experiencing such symptoms?

The commonest disease that leads to such symptoms is a minor form of stroke, called a Transient Ischemia Attack, TIA. This minor form of stroke usually produces symptoms related to vision and language, at times partial facial paralysis that do reverse initially. The risk factors like hypertension left unmanaged, the possibility of developing a more serious and permanent stroke is high and occurs within the next year.

I suggest a proper review from your doctor, blood pressure measures, CT scan and screening for other cardiovascular risk factors. In case nothing is advised, your neurologist would then give his opinion.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
