Question : Hello Dr,
I had an episode today. I got blurry vision and a little light headed. I was driving and could still drive. No dark spots just blurry areas. When I arrived at my destination I had part of a candy bar and was better in about 5 minutes. I later felt a little light headed but no blurred vision. After I had dinner I seem to be file.
I am 52 and somewhat over weight 5'9" and 230 lbs. I am battling a chest cold.
Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

Respectfully,

Brief Answer:
Could be due to--Acidity, cold medication High blood pressure, fluctuations in blood sugar

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic,

It could be due to---

Acidity
a side effect of the cold medication
High blood pressure
Fluctuating blood sugar levels.

You may take cap. Omeprazole 40 mg once daily for the time being, rest a lot, drink a lot of fluids.

If still no relief--- Check cold remedies, blood pressure and blood sugar.

Feel free to ask further.

Regards
