                                            Question : Hello Doctor,
I am having sever migraine, feeling fatigued from a week.
I am feeling dizzy, light headedness, loss of appetite, I eat because I feel weak otherwise I just don't feel like eating at all. I am feeling a sinking feeling in my stomach. I feel constipated but also feel as if I need to use the restroom at the same time. My urine is dark yellow in color. I sometimes have blood in my stool. Also, from last few months there are brown spots on my torso and chest and they keep increasing in number and some in size as well. I am losing weight constantly from last year or so, my skin is turning pale and dark in color, I have blurry vision, it is worse sometimes. I do use glasses. I am feeling bloating in my stomach from past few weeks. My nails are a little brittle and scaly. The soles of my feet have turned really yellow during past few months.
The spots on my skin are dry and they do not itch

Pigmentation needs to be evaluated in detail. Get examined by an endocrinologist or physician.

I am having migraines since I was a kid. That was not something that had me worried but the symptoms after that are my concerns. Sudden weight loss, constant headaches loss of appetite and everything else.
As you mentioned nothing about those I would like to get your opinion.
Thank you .

Get examined and investigated by an endocrinologist or physician
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You need to be examined and investigated in detail by an endocrinologist or physician.
Ultrasound abdomen, xray chest and blood investigations are to be done. Blood sugar, Thyroid profile, renal and liver function test should be done.
Is there any medications prescribed for migraine as Topiramate causes decreased appetite and weight loss?
Wishing for your good health and early recovery.
