What Causes Blurred Vision While On Lexapro?

Question: I'm reading that lexapro can cause qt something or rather with the heart and other fatal issues. I just recently started this medication and now I'm worried as I already have bradycardia. can you give me some info on this please. and since I've started my pupils are very large and blurred vision. is this a concern

Lexapro is used up to doses of 20mg daily, the maximum effective dose. Studies have shown that above this dose, which is never used, Lexapro can prolong the QT interval on an EKG by a small amount, usually less than 10 milliseconds. This is not a problem unless you were born with congenital long-QT syndrome, a very rare disorder, and even then, the risk of a life-threatening arrhythmia is very low. You should not be worried about this, as you will never be prescribed more than 20mg daily. Large pupils and blurred vision are not caused by Lexapro.
