Brief Answer:
It can indicate a pre stroke condition and requires detailed evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. A blurring of vision which is clearing up and slight persistent weakness in your left arm might happen due to a condition in the brain. It is important to consult your doctor and get a neurological clinical examination done.

2. These symptoms can indicate RIND (reversible ischemic neurological deficit) or TIA (transient ischemic attack). These are pre stroke conditions and in TIA the symptoms get better in minutes to within 24 hours. In RIND the symptoms are for longer than 24 hours and less than 72 hours.

3. Therefore a neurological examination is required with additional examinations like CT scan or MRI scan brain to look for any area of the brain which is affected.

Hope your query is answered.
