Brief Answer:
Most probably cataract.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Considering your age the most probable diagnosis is cataract. As you age, cells grow and die inside it. That builds up debris and leads to cataracts. They don’t hurt, but they do get worse and slowly cloud your lens. The first symptom is often worse night vision. We have to rule out other conditions like vitamin A deficiency also.
I suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist for detailed clinical evaluation. Most probably you might require cataract surgery.

Wishing you good health
Take care,
