What Causes Blurry Vision, Frequent Urination And Itchy Spot On Groin?
Question: I have the following symptoms:
- blurry vision
- have to pee often
- just now I have an itchy spot on my groin area
- my ass is sometimes itchy or strange sensation

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
As per your symptoms you are suffering from Urinary tract infection and dermatitis in groin and perennial area.
I would advice you following,
1.Get stool test( OVA AND CYST) and Urine culture and sensitivity done. You can start a broad spectrum antibiotic after giving sample of urine while waiting for result.
2.Drink plenty of water.
3.Add urine alkalizer.
4.Itchy spot may be some fungal infection, apply a broad spectrum antifungal cream.
5 .If itch is uncomfortable you can use a steroidal anti fungal combination cream.

I have gone through them.
They do not look like STD.
It may be allergic contact dermatitis.
Local application of corticosteroid cream will be beneficial.
But the difficult thing is to find the cause.
In your case it seems panty rash. Avoid synthetic cloth panties.
Hope you have had course for you UTI,because even small amount of infected urine can cause rashes.
Concentrated sweat can also cause rashes.
drink plenty of water for both.
