Brief Answer:
Dehydration along with hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Yes, aches and stiff muscles are discomforting.
2. It could only be a low grade infection or dehydration. As you do not have fever, it should not be any major infection.
3. Important aspect now is adequate hydration (6-8 liters of water) and good nutrition (regular - along with more protein).
4. Additionally - avoid going out or any heavy exercises - which can lead onto dehydration (exposure to sun or increased sweating). Rest is essential.
5. Maintain posture in seating position and get your blood pressure evaluated once. Hopefully no hypotension. Changes in posture should be slow, for body to adjust, until it is adequately hydrated or light headedness, can be severe.

It will take 2-3 days to completely recover with good hydration and protein rich nutrition. Back exercises will help along with stretching.
Painkillers, if helpful can be continued, but not absolutely necessary. No antibiotics necessary.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Need to slow down on beer and coffee. Proper posture needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Beer and coffee are very dehydrating, which can cause hypotension. Along with it, diuretic medication could also cause dehydration.
However, good to know, that you are very active. Continue with the usual activities.

Also improper posture, during use of computer, is hurting the neck, which affects the spine and can cause giddiness. Neck exercises will be helpful. Anxiety can give feeling of pulsation in the ears.
Do get your blood pressure evaluated once.
As I discussed earlier, at present, good nutrition and adequate hydration is very essential.

Hope it helps.
