                                    Brief Answer:
A viral infection to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The most probable cause of your issues seems to be a viral infection with subsequent probable pleurisy, I don't see any neurological disorders in your case.
This is true especially if you experienced any fever last days too.
However, it is necessary to get evaluated clinically by your primary care Doctor as a first step in understanding better your condition.
Your primary care Doctor may also order other tests such blood tests and imaging of lungs in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Take care.

                                    Brief Answer:
Follow the instructions of your Doctor for few days.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
okay, if your Doctor thinks there is nothing serious, you can wait few days and follow his recommendations.
Muscles of that area may be strained as well, so, in my opinion, you should use warm procedures on the pain area and muscles relaxers (Thiocolchicoside for example) too.
If your symptoms persist after few days blood tests about a probable viral infection and more accurate imaging (CT scan) should be done to understand better your condition.
Hope I helped you.
Kind regards.
