Brief Answer:
Hypothyroid wrt labs
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern.
The symptoms indicate an upper respiratory tract infection.
The labs show a hypothyroid state. This would require levothyroxine replacement with monitoring of TSH/T3 levels.
If a suprathyroid cause eg pituitary or hypothalamus is suspected , hydrocortisone should be given before levothyroxine replacement, in consult with your doctor.
Please repeat the TFTs once more to be sure of the hypothyroidism.
Let me know if you have any query
wishing you best of health
Thanks
