Question : Hello, Gd Mng XXXX Here From last 2 years I have some tension due to family matter bcz of that feeling weekness every time also a lot of body pain specially left leg. Sometimes faint and not like to eat food also. Pls suggest. Thanks.

Brief Answer: Consult a Psychiatrist Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Thanks for posting your query. Your symptoms are suggestive of mental depression. However, describe fainting attacks and pain in left leg in more detail. You will certainly feel better with anti-depressant drug, such as, Citalop 10mg daily in morning, along with Tab Alprax .25mg twice daily. I suggest that you consult a Psychiatrist who will examine you and start with appropriate drugs in effective doses. Hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction. Take care
