Brief Answer:
Iron, Calcium and proteins

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,

Your history would suggest menopausal changes because:
1. You are of 44 years
2. You have undergone hysterectomy. However, your ovaries have been spared during hysterectomy. Hence, it cannot be menopause immediately after surgery. However, during hysterectomy, since much of the ovarian blood supply is jeopardized, few years after the surgery, early menopause is known.

I would have appreciated to have some of your investigation reports:
1. Haemogramme
2. Urine examination
3. Thyroid function tests
4. Blood sugar level - fasting and post prandial
5. Bone density
6. Serum Oestrogen and FSH levels

Anaemia, hypothyroid state, low calcium and diabetes - all can give rise to such symptoms. Do you have any family history of diabetes? My choice in the list of diagnosis would be anaemia and next would be low Calcium due to age and Oestrogen depletion.

Whatever the reports, please start daily iron tablets, Calcium tablets, Vitamin D3, high protein, moderate carbohydrates and low fat diet. I feel, you should feel better within few days to weeks.

Please start daily walking exercise - at least 40 minutes in the morning and 40 minutes in the evening at the pace of 90 steps/minute.

Please upload all the reports I have suggested to better equip me for further advice.

If you wish to have any more information or advice, I am always available for you, XXXXX.
