Question : I have body aches, chills, fever 99-100, head congestion, congested ears, exhausted, severe cough and raw throat. Body aches are so bad that it hurts to walk.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having Upper respiratory track infection (URTI).

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice :
consult your ENT specialist for examination in person.
Till then ,
Use Steam Inhalation thrice daily,
Salt water gargles twice daily ,
Tab Paracetamol 650mg for body aches , fever thrice daily after food &
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night .
Continue Mucinex cough syrup .

You will get relief .
