What Causes Body Pain, Headache And Fatigue?

Question: I have been having body aches, joint pain, headache, fatigue and eye aches for four days. I am usually feeling fine in the morning, the symptoms progressing throughout the day. There has been no sore throat, fever or congestion of any kind so I'm not sure if this is a flu I am dealing with? I have checked for tick bites but have found none. Any idea?
